STURGEON BAY, WISCONSIN – Bayland Buildings Inc. was selected as the design-build general contractor for a 9,300 sq. ft. build out and remodel.
Virlee Gunworks will make a new home at 1019 Egg Harbor Rd in Sturgeon Bay. Originally an old grocery store that was later developed into a wood working and painting shop for yacht builders, will now be redeveloped as an indoor shooting range. With retail sales office, inventory space, and classroom. Virlee Gunworks is excited to bring a one-of-a-kind shooting experience to Sturgeon Bay with an interactive indoor shooting range, including sales of new and used firearms and accessories.
The Virlee Gunworks & Shooting Center will not only feature its indoor shooting range and sales but will double in offering a wide variety of firearms training. Virlee Gunworks has been a thriving local business for the last 12 years. Sturgeon Bay will be the second location for Virlee Gunworks, the original home in New Franken, WI will continue to operate for the southern end of neighboring counties. “We are a company focused on customer service and offering a wide selection of high-quality products to our customers,” says Scott Virlee.
A groundbreaking ceremony for the new construction of Virlee Gunworks will be held on Monday, April 5th promptly at 3:30pm in front of its new home at 1019 Egg Harbor Rd in Sturgeon Bay.
The estimated completion of the new Sturgeon Bay development is scheduled for August 2021.
