In addition to Raspberry Kringle Monster, MobCraft will have special Black Friday tappings of:

Bigfoot Brownie Stout – a rich Pastry Stout with coconuts, pecans, vanilla and lactose. 7.5% ABV.

Beelzebub’s Run Raspberry Chocolate Porter – roasted malts, cocoa nibs and raspberry combine for a truly rich but exceptionally drinkable porter. 7.6% ABV.

Andrew Gierczak, MobCraft Co-Founder & Vice President, explains Kringle Monster saying, “Kringle Monster is a rich, decadent pastry stout with overtones of raspberry filling, and undertones of buttery, flaky crust, wrapped up in a sturdy stout frame that reminds you that you are still consuming beer, and not eating the real thing!”

MobCraft President and Co-Founder, Henry Schwartz, first tried Uncle Mike’s Kringle in the summer of 2019 at a crowdsourced brew day when the winner brought kringle to share.  Once he tried it, he immediately knew he wanted to make a beer featuring the kringle.  “We brewed this beer in collaboration with Uncle Mike’s Bake Shoppe, and we dedicate it to Uncle Mike who passed away from Covid in December 2020. Mike, we raise this beer to you and your family: may your smiling face be always in our memories, and your tasty kringle in our bellies. You are sincerely missed!” Schwartz says.

MobCraft Beer was founded in 2013 by Henry Schwartz and Andrew Gierczak.  It is the world’s first crowdsourced brewery.  Each month the crowd submits and votes on beer ideas. At the end of the month, the winning beer is brewed and available for all to enjoy. These crowdsourced beers are served in the taproom with MobCraft flagships, beers from their Wild & Sour Program, and more. MobCraft’s taproom is located at 505 S. 5th Street in the Walker’s Point neighborhood of Milwauk
