(Green Bay, Wisconsin; Madison, Wisconsin) – July 21, 2021 – Corneille Law Group, LLC, today announced that managing partner Mark T. Budzinski has become a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, one of the premier legal associations in North America.
Founded in 1950, the College is composed of the best of the trial bar from the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. Fellowship in the College is extended by invitation only and only after careful consideration to those who have mastered the art of advocacy and whose professional careers have been marked by the highest standards of ethical conduct, professionalism, civility and collegiality.
Budzinski has litigated hundreds of cases in both state and federal courts over the past 20 years. He has represented clients of every shape and type – from personal injury and small business matters to Fortune 500 Companies and Top 100 Law Firms.

A native of Manitowoc, Budzinski earned his bachelor’s degree and law degree at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In addition to being admitted to the College, he is board certified as a Civil Trial Advocate; he is a member of the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel and the American Board of Trial Advocacy; and he maintains the highest possible peer review rating by Martindale Hubbell (A/V). Budzinski has been recognized by the Wisconsin Law Journal as one of Wisconsin’s “Leaders in the Law.”
Membership in the American College of Trial Attorneys cannot exceed one percent of the total lawyer population of any state or province. There are currently approximately 5,800 members in the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. The College maintains and seeks to improve the standards of trial practice, professionalism, ethics, and the administration of justice through education and public statements on independence of the judiciary, trial by jury, respect for the rule of law, access to justice, and fair and just representation of all parties to legal proceedings.
The induction ceremony took place online earlier this year, with more than 600 attendees joining in to honor the new inductees.
