Fox Cities Chamber: Offers virtual event to focus on employee well-being

APPLETON, Wis. (September 30, 2020) – The Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce is expanding its annual benefit survey event to focus on the benefits of investing in employee well-being along with sharing results from the recent regional benefit survey. The 2020 Employee Friendly Workplace Virtual Forum is scheduled for Wednesday, October 28, 2020.

Due to the impact of COVID-19, the virtual program will provide an opportunity to gain clarity through data and best practices around the importance of employee friendly benefits and what is takes to be a supportive work environment.

The Fox Cities Employee Friendly Workplace initiative and certification program was launched at last year’s event and will continue to be a core foundation for the content shared at this year’s session. The Employee Friendly Workplace initiative is focused on encouraging the adoption of more employee friendly workplace practices and policies in the Fox Cities. These practices help employers enhance work/life balance integration in order to successfully attract and retain the best employees in the region.
