WisBusiness: The Podcast with Craig Timm for the Wisconsin Paper Council

This week’s episode of “WisBusiness: The Podcast” features a conversation with Craig Timm for the Wisconsin Paper Council.

He discusses the future of the paper industry in Wisconsin, highlighting opportunities to capitalize on shifting market preferences.

Timm says demand for packaging paper is driving growth in the state and elsewhere, though demand for traditional printing paper is still a big factor. He also discusses how paper manufacturers can step in to replace certain plastic products as demand rises for environmental sustainability.

“We want clean air, we want clean water, specifically in Wisconsin,” he said. “There is a really strong area where paper can fill those gaps.”
