Milwaukee – January 14, 2016 – The law firm of Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek S.C. (WHD) is pleased to announce that it has added an Occupational Safety & Health Team to its more than 50 industry and specialty areas. This team was formed to meet client needs regarding various occupational health and safety issues, including compliance with the federal Occupational Safety and Health Act.

Attorneys Erik Eisenmann and David Hertel co-lead the team, which consists of attorneys practicing in various areas of law, including labor and employment, litigation, environmental, employee benefits, construction services and worker’s compensation.

Eisenmann is a shareholder in WHD’s Milwaukee office and a member of the Labor & Employment Team. He handles a full range of labor and employment matters, from counseling to litigation. Eisenmann received his B.A., with honors in the Liberal Arts, from the University of Wisconsin, and his J.D., with high honors, from The George Washington University Law School.

Hertel is a shareholder in WHD’s Milwaukee office and a member of the firm’s Labor & Employment Team. He has more than 25 years of experience representing management in all aspects of labor and employment law. Hertel received his B.S. from the University of Wisconsin, and his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
