(Appleton, WI) – When an increase in business had Fox Valley Plastic Surgery looking to expand its facility–The Renaissance Center in Oshkosh–the decision about who to call was easy. Hoffman Planning, Design & Construction, Inc. designed and constructed the practice’s Renaissance Center in 2007 and is now assisting with an expansion project.

The project is a renovation of a 1,400 sq. ft. second floor space that will add three new procedure rooms and an office. Hoffman is completing the design and remodel of the facility.

“This is our second project with Hoffman, as they managed the original design and construction of The Renaissance Center almost 10 years ago,” stated Dr. David Janssen, owner of Fox Valley Plastic Surgery. “We had a great experience with Hoffman on the first project, so it was an easy decision to work with them again on a facility they know very well.”

The expansion of the facility is a result of the increase in procedures Fox Valley Plastic Surgery has been seeing. “Our practice has seen significant growth in the number of weight reduction and skin tightening procedures requested,” Janssen stated. “Adding three more procedure rooms will increase our business, possibly as much as 150 percent.”

Hoffman welcomes the opportunity to work with Fox Valley Plastic Surgery again. “A portion of The Renaissance Center’s second floor was intentionally left unfinished during the original project with the idea that it could be built out for future expansion,” said Terry Ellenbecker with Hoffman. “It is great to see Fox Valley Plastic Surgery’s practice continuing to do so well. We are happy for Drs. Janssen and Doubek and their staff, and are excited to be working with them again on this important project for their business.”

The project is in the design phase and is expected to be completed this spring.
