Oconomowoc, Wis. – During the last few months of summer, First Bank Financial Centre (FBFC) coordinated their annual School Supply Drive. With the help of FBFC employees, customers and community members, they donated thousands of items including notebooks, binders, folders, glue sticks, rulers, scissors, brand new back packs, and much more.
FBFC’s Grafton and Mequon branches received many school supply donations from customers, as well as their own staff. The materials were donated to Family Sharing of Ozaukee County. Family Sharing’s client base is comprised of Ozaukee County residents, which includes low-income families with children, the elderly, and those who deal with serious physical and mental health issues.
“Nearly half of individuals served at Family Sharing are under the age of 18, which makes the school supply donation a big help to them during this time of the year”, said Sloan Williams, FBFC Customer Service Representative. As always, the Family Sharing of Ozaukee County was very appreciative of the donation.
