Join the Fort McCoy Mission & Installation Contracting Command and the Wisconsin Procurement Institute on April 2nd for “Opportunities for Small Businesses in Federal Contracting”.

Businesses interested in working with Fort McCoy and the Wisconsin National Guard will not want to miss this opportunity to learn from procurement officials and network with contracting personnel. Briefings at this half – day session include:

* Overview of Fort McCoy procurement process and upcoming requirements

* Overview of the National Guard procurement process

* Learn about the SBA’s Small Business Program

* Mission and history of Fort McCoy including economic impact, employment and training numbers

* Learn how to respond to a solicitation

The MICC McCoy organization is responsible for soliciting and awarding contracts for supplies, services (i.e. food service, custodial, grounds maintenance, snow removal and refuse, to name a few), and construction (minor construction, alteration, repair, and renovation work) under the 88th Regional Support Command and 19 states that fall within its responsibility.

Registration begins at 8:00 am, program will begin at 8:30 am and end at 12:00 pm at Fort McCoy Garrison Building #1111, 1654 S. 11th Ave. Fort McCoy.
