Kroening, Stangel, Swetlik & Zinkel LLP to Join Schenck SC
MANITOWOC, WI – Schenck SC is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with the Manitowoc-based firm of Kroening, Stangel, Swetlik & Zinkel LLP for the firm to merge into Schenck. Kroening, Stangel, Swetlik & Zinkel LLP provides accounting and tax services to family-owned and privately held businesses as well as non-profit organizations throughout Manitowoc and the surrounding area. The transaction is expected to close in May 2015.

The employees of Kroening, Stangel, Swetlik & Zinkel will continue at their present location through April, and will move to Schenck’s offices at 100 Maritime Drive in Manitowoc in May.
