Noted strategic creative shop continues to grow, add staff as digital media activity increases
Milwaukee – Jigsaw, a Milwaukee-based full-service agency known for its creative problem-solving approach to branding, has promoted Amanda Janssen-Egan to media director from her previous position as media supervisor.
The promotion recognizes Janssen-Eagan’s expertise in both audience analytics and the expanding media universe, particularly as Jigsaw’s clients seek to take advantage of more opportunities in the digital world.
“Amanda’s understanding of media channels and analytical tools is comprehensive,” said Steve Marsho, Jigsaw’s head of account service and strategy and one of the agency’s founding partners. “Through her diligence and thirst for knowledge, Amanda continues to advance the work we do as an agency by providing strategic, targeted media choices, and by embracing the most current trends in digital media.”
Marsho noted that 2015 has been a growth year for Jigsaw. The agency has added new clients and existing clients have stepped up their marketing activities, with Jigsaw’s help. Over the past several months the agency has added several new positions in response: Cory Ampe joined Jigsaw in August as account supervisor on VISIT Milwaukee; and in September, Marty Defatte and Lindsay Miles joined Jigsaw as web developer and digital producer.
Janssen-Eagan originally joined Jigsaw as a media planner in 2010. She left in 2011 for a position at another Milwaukee agency, then returned to Jigsaw in 2012 as a media supervisor. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh with a bachelor’s degree in journalism, advertising and public relations.
