Aladtec to Attend 2015 Air Medical Transport Conference (AMTC)

October 15, 2015 – Hudson, WI – The largest conference of combined crew and administrators in the air medical transport field takes place next week at the Long Beach Convention Center. Hosted by the Association of Air Medical Services (AAMS), approximately 2,500 colleagues from around the world will take part in educational sessions and visit the expo area where over 120 companies will feature industry specific products and services. The conference runs from October 19th through the 21st.

Aladtec, a Wisconsin based online employee scheduling and workforce management software company will be at booth #805 in the expo area. Aladtec is an efficient and cost-effective cloud based SaaS (Software as a Service) system. Because it is accessed through the Internet, it’s available 24/7 on any computer, smartphone or mobile device from anywhere.

The Aladtec system was designed to easily manage complex crew scheduling and the unique rotations required by many public safety agencies. The system’s features offer numerous benefits including, allowing members to submit availability, request time off, and make shift trades online. Aladtec allows you to reduce errors, improve communication, save money and save time by automating mundane routine administrative tasks. Ten years ago, Aladtec was launched as a crew scheduling system. Now, it’s a dynamic workforce management tool which offers many features beyond staff scheduling, such as: certification tracking; customizable forms; a document library; member discussion area; event calendar; custom reports and an optional Time Clock kiosk.

This online system improves efficiency and reduces human errors – which is vital for mission critical organizations, like air medical transport companies. Aladtec is available for an affordable annual fee based on the number of members using the system; therefore, it’s reasonably priced for all organizations.

Today Aladtec has over 1,500 subscribers to their online employee scheduling and workforce management software and more than 90,000 people use the system throughout the US and Canada.

“We are very fortunate and honored to be a vendor for the air medical transport sector and other first responder organizations,” states David Feyereisen, CEO, Aladtec Inc., Hudson, WI. “We are proud our online software system allows our customers more time to focus on the communities they serve verses scheduling and workforce management processes.”

While at the conference Aladtec staff plans to connect with current Air Medical customers and provide guided demos of their system to anyone interested in becoming more efficient with admin duties.
