Radisson Paper Valley Hotel: Announces employee promotions

APPLETON, WIS. (Oct. 3, 2014) – The Radisson Paper Valley Hotel recently promoted three team members in recognition of their exemplary performance and service.

Tyler Lee was promoted to the role of front office manager. He is now responsible for managing a team of 13-plus front desk personnel and bell staff, completing schedules and settling time edits, communications with VIP guests and the personalization of each hotel reservation. Lee first joined the hotel staff in March 2011, and is a 2009 graduate of Fox Valley Technical College, where he earned an Associate degree in Marketing.

Mark Kloehn was moved up to room’s division manager status. He is now responsible for overseeing room operations, including front desk, bell staff and night audit, as well as housekeeping, departmental budgets, staff training and guest service goals. A graduate of Ambassador University, Kloehn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies. He first joined the hotel in 1995 and has held a variety of positions, including bell staff, concierge, guest services manager and front office manager.

Gina Brempell was promoted to the role of assistant front office manager. In her new position, Brempell is responsible for assisting with front office activities, including management of the hotel bell stand. A 2014 graduate of Fox Valley Technical College, Brempell holds an Associate degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management and a certificate in event planning.
