MADISON, WI, February 13, 2014 – First Business Financial Services, Inc. (NASDAQ: FBIZ) announced today that Emily Bradley has been promoted to Senior Recruiter – Officer.
Emily has been with First Business for over seven years and holds her PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute. She is responsible for the organization’s creation and coordination of the recruiting function, which continues to evolve each year. She has been successful at creating an on-campus recruiting program and building recognition of First Business at local universities, utilizing technology to streamline our processes, working closely with our internal hiring managers and external recruiters to identify talented candidates, and utilizing social media for recruiting and other marketing efforts. She has also been involved in external associations and has been recognized for her leadership roles and contributions in those as well. Emily has been a member of WI-ACE (Wisconsin Association of Colleges and Employers) since 2005 where she has been actively involved, serving as the Conference Planning Committee Chair, Technology Chair, and served as the association’s President in 2011. Emily has been a multiple recipient of the WI-ACE President’s Award as well. She was also named to the InBusiness magazine “40 Under 40” class in 2011. Emily has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse in Management & Human Resources, with a minor in Psychology. She also received a Master of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison in Educational Leadership & Policy Analysis (ELPA) with an emphasis in Higher Education. Emily is a member of the national and greater Madison area Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) chapters, and involved with the United Way of Dane County serving as the Employee Campaign Manager for First Business, as well as active in the United Way of Dane County Rosenberry Society.
