Mustafa Z. Emir named Vice President
Mustafa Z. Emir, Ph.D., P.E., has been named Vice President at Clark Dietz, Inc. Mr. Emir joined Clark Dietz in 2011 and serves as the Business Development Director of the Civil/Environmental group. Mr. Emir’s duties include oversight of all civil/environmental business development efforts in Wisconsin, Illinois, and Indiana.
