Chase: Madison has 21 businesses vying for a Mission Main Street grant

MISSION MAIN STREET GRANTS SURPASSES ONE MILLION VOTE MILESTONE AS AMERICANS SHOW THEIR SUPPORT FOR THEIR FAVORITE SMALL BUSINESSES


Voting remains open through Oct. 17

Chase’s Mission Main Street℠ Grants program surpassed the one million vote milestone today as people from across the country have expressed their support for a favorite small business. Everyone is invited to show their support by voting through their Facebook account at www.MissionMainStreetGrants.com through Oct. 17, 2014.

Twenty one small businesses in Madison are competing for the grants. The applicants can be found via the www.MissionMainStreetGrants.com

Businesses that receive at least 250 votes are eligible to receive one of 20 grants of $150,000. Qualifying businesses that apply for a grant will gain access to a marketing Toolkit and a $150 coupon toward one market research study with Google Consumer Surveys from Premier Sponsor, Google. In addition, the 20 grant recipients will receive a trip to Google for an exclusive small business marketing workshop, a Google Chromebook Laptop computer and a $2,000 coupon toward one market research study with Google Consumer Surveys.

Nearly 1,500 businesses have already received at least 250 votes.

The 20 grant recipients will be selected by a panel of experts representing a diverse group of organizations with a passion for small business. The panel of judges includes:
