MADISON, WI – John Rathke, PE, SE of Mead & Hunt Inc. (Green Bay), has been elected American Council of Engineering Companies of Wisconsin Chairman of the Board. Mr. Rathke takes office July 1, 2014 and will serve a one year term as chairman.

Chairman John Rathke Biography
John Rathke, PE, SE, is a Principal of Mead & Hunt and a Senior Manager for the company’s Western Infrastructure Group, which encompasses four states and about 100 employees. John has about 25 years of civil engineering experience primarily related to structural engineering.

John has been very active in ACEC Wisconsin for the last decade. He recently completed a two-year term as the Chair of the Transportation Task Force, having served on that task force since inception. He also served as the Chair of the Wisconsin DOT Liaison Committee and on the Board of Directors for three years.
