LAKE GENEVA, Wis. (May 28, 2013) — Trostel, Ltd. today announced that Steven A. Dyer has been appointed President and CEO of the Lake Geneva, Wis.-based manufacturer of custom seals, precision molded rubber products and custom rubber compounds.

A manufacturing industry veteran, Dyer brings to Trostel his 20 years of leadership experience and a proven track record of success. Dyer most recently served as President and CEO of Dickten Masch Plastics, which he helped expand through organic growth and strategic acquisitions. Under his leadership, the company grew from a regional molder with $47 million in annual revenue to a plastics industry leader with operations in four states and overseas and annual revenues of $175 million.
