Recently, Simons Electrical Systems of Waukesha conducted a Customer survey regarding satisfaction and if they would refer new business to the company.
The results were amazing.
The survey asked Customers to rate the company on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being “extremely satisfied” with the service they received.
The respondents gave an average score of 4.87, emphasizing the consistently high level of Customer satisfaction they experienced.
Respondents were also asked whether or not they would refer new business to Simons Electrical Systems.
An impressive 100% of the participants surveyed said they would refer new Customers to Simons Electrical Systems.
Several Customers pointed out that they have already referred friends, family and associates to Simons because of the quality of work and the high level of service they receive every time they call.
One Customer said, “I’ve used them for a long time and I’ve been incredibly happy with the service I’ve received. Every time I call with a question, I get a quick answer.”
The owners of the company, John Simons and Joel Shoemaker along with their team of experts believe that having strong Customer satisfaction is a key to building a strong business.
In addition, of those surveyed, 87% of their Customers rated themselves as “Extremely Satisfied” with how thorough Simons Electrical Systems was in explaining the company’s recommendations and how it was done in a manner that was easy to understand.
