MADISON, Wis. (August 26, 2013)—Madison-based ROUGH Sportswear is teaming up with Buckingham’s Madison Bar and Grill to host a series of Badger football tailgates that will benefit seven area non-profit organizations. The first home-game party kicks off Saturday, August 31,
9 a.m., in the Buckingham’s parking lot, 802 Regent St., Madison, WI. The event benefits the Boys and Girls Club of Dane County and features a performance by the club’s Black Star Drum Line.

“It’s a major collaboration, organized by ROUGH, to support the efforts of some of our community’s non-profits on a very profitable day for UW and local businesses,” states ROUGH CEO Trent Jackson. “Now every Badger fan celebrating at a 2013 Buckingham’s tailgate party has the opportunity to contribute to a bigger purpose.”

Other non-profit organizations benefitting from the 2013 Buckingham’s tailgate parties include Dane County Humane Society, Porchlight homeless solutions, and American Parkinson’s Disease Association —Wisconsin. Buckingham’s 2013 tailgate fundraisers are also made possible by support from WJJO Radio and Frank Beer Distributors.
