Navitus Health Solutions Celebrates 10-Year Anniversary

MADISON, Wis., July 23, 2013–Pharmacy benefits manager Navitus Health Solutions, LLC today announced its 10-year anniversary. Since its inception in July 2003, Navitus has addressed a critical need in the pharmacy benefit management (PBM) industry for a zero spread, full pass-through business model to align with client interests.

True to its 2003 vision, Navitus continues to align performance with its clients’ benefit goals to deliver comprehensive clinical programs and cost-saving strategies that lower drug trend and promote good member health. In addition, for the second year in a row, Navitus received the top rating for overall customer satisfaction for small pharmacy benefit managers that serve less than 20 million members in the 2013 Pharmacy Benefit Management Institute (PBMI) PBM Customer Satisfaction Survey. Further validating its high-touch service model, Navitus received the highest overall score in the majority of service dimension categories, scoring 9.4 on a 10-point scale in both overall satisfaction and likelihood to be recommended by customers.
