Bochert, partner at the law firm of Michael Best & Friedrich LLP (Michael Best), is being honored as one of the recipients of the 2013 Women in the Law award by the Wisconsin Law Journal. Nominees are recognized for their achievement of excellence in their fields, being an influential example to other women in the legal industry, commitment to opening new opportunities to female attorneys and service to their profession and community.
As a partner in the Land and Resources Practice Group, Bochert works with her clients to establish and maintain effective working relationships with state and federal environmental regulatory agencies. These clients benefit from her unique understanding of the workings of regulatory agencies and her ability to develop mutually beneficial solutions to regulatory issues. Bochert serves in various policy advisory roles to state agencies, including the Wisconsin Departments of Natural Resources, Agriculture and Revenue. Bochert also co-chairs Michael Best’s highly successful Sustainability Initiative.
