MILWAUKEE, Wis. – M.E. Dey & Co., one of the largest family-owned brokers and forwarders in the U.S., was honored with The President’s “E” Award for Export Service at a ceremony in Washington, D.C. “Exporting is crucial to the success of the businesses we work with,” said Randy Kupfer, M.E. This growth has enabled our clients to add jobs and support their local communities as they expand their bottom line.”
The award was presented to M.E. Dey & Co. by U.S. Acting Secretary of Commerce Rebecca Blank.
“I am delighted to be recognizing this year’s Presidential ‘E’ Award winners for their outstanding contributions to U.S. exports and congratulate M.E. President Kennedy revived the World War II “E” symbol of excellence to honor and provide recognition to America’s exporters. The “E” Award Program was established by Executive Order 10978 on December 5, 1961. A total of 57 U.S. companies were presented with the President’s “E” Award this year.
