TAPFIN Receives ACCOLADE AWARD for Exceptional Supplier Diversity Engagement
MILWAUKEE, April 18, 2013 /PRNewswire/ — ManpowerGroup Solutions’ managed service provider (MSP), TAPFIN, the world’s largest vendor-neutral and hybrid MSP, received the ACCOLADE AWARD from the Wisconsin Department of Administration. The ACCOLADE AWARD recognizes the State of Wisconsin’s private sector partners that have demonstrated superior minority involvement in state procurement and construction-related activities.

Since 2005, TAPFIN has had primary responsibility for managing the State of Wisconsin’s IT services contract MSP program. MSP programs oversee management and responsibility of contingent workforce programs according to guidelines established by clients. TAPFIN consistently exceeds the state’s 5 percent minority purchase goal, partnering with minority owned businesses for more than 14 percent of the contingent IT services delivered to the state. In addition, TAPFIN supports its minority-owned business partners through a robust mentoring program that includes business and leadership development opportunities.

The Department of Administration presented the ACCOLADE AWARDS at the Business Opportunities in the Government Sector workshop on April 16, 2013, at the Monona Terrace Community and Convention Center in Madison, Wis. TAPFIN was one of three companies receiving the award and the sole honoree in the general procurement category.
