Idle Free Systems Announces New National Director of Field Services for its Auxiliary Power Unit Distributor Network

Madison, WI (November 21, 2013) Idle Free Systems, Inc., the manufacturer of electric idle elimination solutions for the commercial trucking industry, today announced that veteran auxiliary power unit product support specialist Patrick (Pat) Fleishauer has been hired as National Director of Field Services for its North American APU distributor network. Due to the company’s rapid growth, Fleishauer was hired to provide support to its APU distributors and maintain its exceptional level of service.

With a distinguished twenty-year career in the United States Air Force focused on customer service and a post-military background in supporting APU distributors, Fleishauer has a strong record of creating and upholding decisions and policies that affect APU product support activities. Formerly, Fleishauer served as Director of Product Support for Glacier Bay Technology and, more recently, Director of Field Service for Crosspoint Solutions Group.
