David Koehler Named Vice President of Agrace Foundation

MADISON, Wis. – Agrace today announced that David Koehler has been named vice president of the Agrace Foundation. Agrace is a local, nonprofit palliative care and hospice agency that has provided end-of-life care and related services to people in south central Wisconsin communities for 35 years.

Koehler will lead all Foundation activities and programs, including Agrace’s charitable and capital campaigns, annual fundraising appeals, planned giving, grants, special events, donor development and the two Madison-area Agrace thrift stores.

“David Koehler brings us a proven record of success in local nonprofit development and the expertise to foster the tremendous support this community has shown to Agrace over the past 35 years,” said Agrace CEO Lynne Myers. “We look forward to David’s contributions to advancing Agrace’s mission.”

Koehler most recently served as vice president for advancement for the International Crane Foundation (ICF) in Baraboo, where he led all aspects of the organization’s comprehensive development program. Before joining the ICF in 2006, Koehler was associate director of philanthropy for The Nature Conservancy in Wisconsin. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
