Antigo, WI — Football season means football parties, so the Wisconsin Potato and Vegetable Growers Association (WPVGA) has created a roster of creative Wisconsin potato recipes perfect for game day. The winning roster is a result of the Game Day Wisconsin Potatoes Recipe Contest.

Dion’s skordalia is a Greek garlic dipping sauce featuring Wisconsin Russet potatoes, almonds, lemon juice and white wine vinegar. She will receive two NFL team game jerseys for first place.

Donna, of Topsfield, MA will receive an NFL party pack with an inflatable NFL buffet and four Quad chairs, perfect for tailgating or at-home parties.
* The third place winner, Jenn Tidwell of Fair Oaks, CA, will receive an NFL team snack helmet for her dual-vegetable bite-size Baked Potato and Cauliflower Spicy Cheddar Cups.
