[Madison, WI] – The Wisconsin Center for Performance Excellence (WCPE) announces Quality 101: The Building Blocks of Organizational Change, an educational series with Tim Hallock on April 4th, 11th, and 18th from 9:00 – 12:00 pm.

This three part course will introduce participants to the fundamental concepts and methods necessary to implement a quality improvement project. They will learn the philosophy of the quality movement and practical approaches to make things better. These courses are designed for beginners looking for clear instruction on the steps needed to facilitate worthwhile change in their organization.

Quality 101 will be a hands-on, interactive set of workshops led by Tim Hallock. Tim is the Director of Quality Management with the Wisconsin Department of Health Service. He has over 30 years experience teaching and applying quality concepts in a clear, fun and straightforward fashion.
