Former Indiana Senator Graham Richard to Keynote

MADISON, Wis. – Former Indiana Senator Graham Richard will deliver the keynote address at the Moving Wisconsin Forward Conference on Feb. 23 in Madison.

A former Indiana state senator and business entrepreneur, Richard helped taxpayers save more than $1 million while improving city services as mayor of Fort Wayne, Indiana.

This year’s conference features presentations by noted experts and Baldrige award winners in industries ranging from healthcare, education and the public sector. Participants will gain fresh insights and practical knowledge during breakout sessions and workshops focused on leadership, culture, quality, sustainability, customer focus, and the WFA/Baldrige application and judging process.
