Appleton Firm Received Highest Customer Happiness Score
BOSTON – Weidert Group, a full-service marketing and communications firm in Northeast Wisconsin, won the award for Best New Client On-Boarding Process during Inbound 2012, HubSpot’s annual conference of international Inbound Marketers.
The award recognizes customer satisfaction for Weidert’s practices for selling new clients on the HubSpot Inbound Marketing software and showing them how to effectively use it
to grow their businesses during the first 100 days of use. At 167, Weidert had the highest CHI score (customer happiness index) for HubSpot customers under 100 days as user, for any HubSpot agency partner.
