Second Harvest Foodbank of Southern Wisconsin: Brad Paisley food drive giveaway to help end hunger

MADISON, Wis., February 2, 2012 – Country music superstar Brad Paisley’s Virtual Reality World Tour 2012 is coming to Veteran’s Memorial Coliseum at the Alliant Energy Center in Madison, Wis. on Thursday, February 23 at 7:30 p.m. In advance of the concert which includes special guests The Band Perry and American Idol Winner Scotty McCreery, Paisley has partnered with Second Harvest Foodbank of Southern Wisconsin to raise food donations to help individuals, families, children and seniors who are struggling with hunger.

>From February 6-10, food donations made to Second Harvest Foodbank will be eligible to win a chance to meet Paisley and receive two tickets to the show. The largest donation of food by weight will determine the winner of the giveaway. To be eligible, donations must be brought to the Second Harvest facility located at 2802 Dairy Dr., Madison. Donations can be accepted from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. Donors must specify that the food is for Brad Paisley and request a receipt.
