Riley selected to build Zilber spec building in New Berlin
NEW BERLIN, Wis. – (July 18, 2012) – Riley Construction was selected by Zilber Property Group to provide construction services for its new 53,935-square-foot speculative industrial building with the Towne Corporate Park of New Berlin on the southeast corner of South Emmer Drive and Beloit Road.
The new building is being designed by Zimmerman Architectural Studios, Inc. and will be called Towne Industrial New Berlin I. Its desirable location adjacent to I-43 provides access to Beloit, Northern Illinois, Milwaukee and more. To prepare the site, an existing home had to be demolished.
