Provade: Freddy Vaca joins Provade as senior vice president of sales and strategy

Addition reflects the VMS technology provider’s continued robust growth in revenue and deployments

MILWAUKEE, July 30, 2012 – Provade, Inc., a leading provider of Vendor Management System (VMS) technology for workforce spend management, announced today that Freddy Vaca joined the company as Senior Vice President of Sales and Strategy.

Vaca brings an extensive technical and contingent workforce background to Provade, including over a decade with Pinnacle Technical Resources, one of fastest growing staffing and workforce management firms in the industry and two-time winner of NMSDC’s Supplier of the Year. Most recently, Vaca served as Senior Vice President of Pinnacle, where he oversaw Pinnacle’s client operations as well as the Provade acquisition. Prior to Pinnacle, Vaca also helped launch a network solutions company focused on supporting Fortune 500 customers.

Provade delivers the only enterprise Vendor Management System (VMS) for global workforce spend management. Pinnacle acquired Provade in 2011, forming an unprecedented combination in the VMS marketplace. As Senior Vice President of Sales and Strategy for Provade, Vaca will lead the sales team and will develop strategies to advance the company’s technology, while focusing on usability, Business Intelligence (BI) and mobility.

“The past year was significant for Provade. We experienced tremendous growth, our technology advanced rapidly, and our relationship with Pinnacle brought even more new opportunities,” said Provade President Edward Jackson. “Freddy’s addition reflects our commitment to build on that momentum. His knowledge and technical experience are a major asset to Provade, as well as an additional sales resource to help our channel partners grow their customer bases.”

“For mid- and large-sized companies, it is imperative to make contingent labor costs as transparent as possible and to decouple real SOW work from traditional staffing. Provade is on the leading edge of this by leveraging mobile solutions and real business intelligence,” Vaca said. “I am excited about the opportunity to contribute to Provade’s impressive growth.”
