New hires will strengthen Provade’s continued dedication to maximizing VMS software capabilities

SAN MATEO, Calif., June 22, 2012 – Provade, Inc, an industry leader in enterprise vendor management software (VMS) development for global workforce spend management, is expanding its team with three new engineers and a new manager. The additions reflect Provade’s rapid growth and ongoing commitment to improving the user experience and maximizing VMS software capabilities.

The most recent hires will fill four positions in the Milwaukee and Sacramento offices:

Swati Chaudhary, Senior Applications Engineer: Chaudhary comes to Provade having previously worked on Oracle’s pre-released toolset. She is versed in the total suite of Oracle Financials and Supply chain offerings, making her an ideal addition to the Provade team. Chaudhary will lead new feature application development of the Provade VMS Software.

Fred Parham, Applications Engineer: Parham joins the Provade team with 13 years of technical programing and functional staffing experience. Parham will develop new features for Provade’s VMS Software and will be leading Level-3 technical support.

Asokan Thangaraju, Integrations Engineer: With over 10 years of experience as an Oracle Applications Engineer and Lead Architect, Thangaraju joins Provade having most recently worked at Johnson Controls. Thangaraju will be supporting and developing real-time integration between Provade VMS and Oracle eBusiness applications, as well as providing customer integration support. Thangaraju holds a Masters of Computer Applications degree, as well as an MBA in Human Resources.

Domenic Mancini, Senior Product Manager: Provade is pleased to welcome back Mancini, who previously worked for Provade in Rocklin, Calif. Mancini has since worked for Oracle Procurement managing their global contingent workforce program, as well as for Salesforce.com in the same role. As Senior Product Manager, Mancini will be responsible for analyzing market conditions and defining features and functions of Provade applications.
