Madison, WI (September 24, 2012) – Michael Best & Friedrich LLP is pleased to announce Benjamin E. Evans has joined the firm as an associate in the Intellectual Property Practice Group, effective September 24, 2012.
Benjamin Evans’ practice focuses on patent prosecution, including preparing and filing utility and design applications, responding to U.S. and foreign office actions, conducting due diligence analysis, conducting infringement analysis, responding to Ex Parte Reexamination actions, and reviewing patentability searches. Prior to joining Michael Best he worked for a law firm in California.
Evans received his B.S. from the University of Wisconsin – Madison in 2004 and earned his J.D. in 2007 from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
