On October 6th, 2012 four wheel drive enthusiasts participated in Four Wheelin’ with Feelin’ in Rib Lake, WI. Now in its 34th year, Four Wheelin’ with Feelin’ is an exciting on road/on trail road rally fundraising event that benefits March of Dimes. Participants with their Jeeps, trucks, etc. were given fun clues to guide them through the course. Top finishers in several categories including high pledges received prizes at the evening program.
The event raised $18,774 for March of Dimes. Money raised funds lifesaving research that helps make sure all babies are born healthy. Premature birth touches half a million babies and their families every year. Babies born too soon are more likely to die or have disabilities. More than 120,000 babies are born with serious birth defects that can mean a lifetime of disability. Babies born healthy need champions, too, to be sure they have access to newborn screening and preventive health care. The March of Dimes is there for all babies.
