Madison – M3 Insurance was recently recognized in the 2012 Business Insurance Best Places to Work in Insurance program. The competition involves months of in-depth evaluation and honors companies that “create a work environment in which employees can thrive and enjoy doing so.”
Only 65 insurance industry companies from across the country were selected based on a variety of employment-related metrics, and M3 was ranked fifth overall in the Best Retail Brokers Small Employer category (25 to 249 employees).

The annual competition is open to all publicly or privately held agencies with at least 25 employees working in the United States and serving the commercial insurance market. Companies go through a rigorous two- part assessment process including an employee survey to measure the employees’ workplace experience and the company’s culture, and an employer evaluation that collects information about the company’s benefit programs, policies, practices and demographics. The combined score determines the top companies and the final rankings.
