Developed by independent advertising agency, Jacobson Rost, the fall advertising campaign breaks on Sept. 10 and features four 30-second television commercials. The entertaining spots feature Coach McCarthy throwing a “Challenge Flag” against big brand wireless companies and invites cell phone customers frustrated with poor service and reception to make the switch to a local service provider that caters to all of their needs.

In his second year as Cellcom’s advertising spokesperson, Coach McCarthy, along with local Wisconsinites, provide familiar faces that effectively resonate with the regional community. The localized advertising campaign speaks to the “Built For You” Cellcom brand message, which emphasizes reliable coverage in Northeast and Central Wisconsin and Upper Michigan, personalized plans at affordable costs, and one-on-one customer service support.
