Boldt: Opens Green Bay office, continues Selmer transition
As a next step in the business transition agreement with The Selmer
Company, The Boldt Company announces its opening of an office in Green Bay,
WI, located at 3049 Ramada Way, suite 150.
In Sept. 2011, The Selmer Company, of Green Bay, announced that it would
transition from general construction into construction management services
until it completed existing projects through 2013. At that time, Boldt and
Selmer jointly announced an agreement to transition future projects and
industrial construction services from Selmer to Boldt, which would involve
employment by Boldt of a number of existing Selmer employees.
“Our new office location in Green Bay will be an important tool in
continuing to serve northern Wisconsin clients, as well as in growing our
local presence in the Green Bay community,” said Bob DeKoch, Boldt
president and COO.

This Green Bay office is the 14th office for Boldt across the country.
Boldt has also been gaining projects in new areas—This summer will mark the beginning of two major health care projects; one for Akron Children’s Hospital in Akron, OH and one for Five Hills Health Region in Moose Jaw,
Saskatchewan, Canada.
