New Cell Site Recently Activated as Part of Ongoing AT&T Investment in Local Wireless Network

The new mobile Internet cell site recently activated in Star Prairie is one part of AT&T’s ongoing efforts to drive investment and innovation to deliver the nation’s best, most advanced mobile Internet experience for customers. With the nation’s fastest mobile Internet network<http://www.att.com/gen/press-room?pid=2943>, AT&T provides accelerated mobile data speeds and simultaneous voice and data capabilities. From 2008 through 2011, AT&T invested more than $1 billion in its Wisconsin wireless and wireline networks, with a focus on improving the company’s mobile Internet coverage and overall performance of its networks.
