MILWAUKEE – Tushaus Computer Services, a Milwaukee-based provider of leading-edge technology solutions for businesses, announced today that Scott Madden has joined the company as Manager of Managed Services and Help Desk Services for the company. In his new role Madden will lead a team of Tushaus employees providing customized, enterprise-class technology management solutions as well as a team responsible for providing 24 X 7 X 365 end-user help desk support for clients across the state. Madden will also join the Leadership Team at Tushaus.
Madden worked most recently as the Manager, End User Computing for Brookdale Senior Living. While there, he managed a support team of professionals providing desktop and remote support to over 8,000 end users and over 5,000 endpoint devices.
