Fast Growing Company Strengthens Resources

MADISON, WIS. — Stevens Construction Corp., a full-service, Wisconsin-based general contractor, is excited to announce their recent new hires. Despite lack of growth in the general construction industry, Stevens has landed several new projects which have spurred the recent increase in staffing. Over the last 3 months Stevens has hired few new office personnel along with 18 new field employees. The company also has plans to bring aboard several more industry professionals before the end of the year.

A few of their more strategic hires include the addition of new Assistant Project Manager, Margaret Andrews; Marketing Coordinator, Emily Michalak; and new Payroll/ Staff Accountant, Susan Gauthier.

Margaret Andrews was appointed to the position of Assistant Project Manager and will be aiding coordinating the details of Steven’s increasingly complex projects. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin Madison with a BS in English and Interior Design, Margaret brings, over 13 years of Project Management and interior design experience to the company.

Emily Michalak has joined Stevens as their new Marketing Coordinator in order to further develop their marketing efforts and communicate the great story Stevens has to tell. Emily comes from a financial background with additional education and experience in the marketing industry. A main area of focus for Emily will be to continue Stevens’ success in meeting client needs and developing business relationships.

Susan Gauthier was hired to the position of staff payroll accountant. Susan brings with her, 10 years of accounting experience along with additional background in the construction industry. As the new staff payroll accountant, Susan will be responsible for ensuring that all field and office staff are paid accurately and on time.
