For companies considering opportunities to conduct business with both the state and the federal government, a daylong conference on Thursday, Aril 21st in Eau Claire may be of interest.
The Growth Strategies and Government Contracting Conference will bring together federal and state contacts as well as successful government contractors to provide a practical guide in doing business with the government.
“It is crucial for Wisconsin’s economic growth that we find ways to facilitate government contracting to ensure that Wisconsin businesses are getting every opportunity to compete for government contracts,” said Paul Jadin, Secretary of the Wisconsin Department of Commerce. “Supporting growth in small business will continue to create more jobs and opportunities in our state.”

The government contracting conference will run from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 21st at the Plaza Hotel and Suites in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. The conference is held at the same time and in the same facility as the 8th Annual Women’s Business Conference. Attendees will have the opportunity to visit the exhibits and activities of this conference during the day.
