MADISON, Wis. (July 27, 2011) — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP announced that Emily M. Feinstein, a partner in the Firm’s Madison office, was elected to the Western District of the Wisconsin Bar Association’s board of directors.
Ms. Feinstein helps businesses protect their intellectual property and guides health care entities through all stages of litigation. She has experience in a wide variety of commercial litigation. She also represents health care providers before licensing boards and advises health care providers on health information disclosure, management, patent care and risk management issues. She co-chairs Quarles & Brady LLP’s Health Care Litigation Team. She earned her law degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin Law School and her undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois.
