Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC) will help area businesses learn how to locate contracting opportunities with the federal government at a training seminar to be held on Tuesday, June 14th. The training session will be conducted by the Business Procurement Assistance Center (BPAC) at MATC – Oak Creek Campus.
The Department of Defense offers some of the best opportunities for manufacturing sectors to do business with the Federal government. “Introduction to Custom Manufacturing for the Military” will be held in the afternoon from 1:00 – 4:30 p.m. on June 14th. This seminar is geared for the manufacturer that focuses on fabricated metal products, castings, non- metal components and other related industries, who are interested in selling to the Department of Defense. You will learn: Where contracting opportunities exist, how to respond to a solicitation, and the unique requirements of custom manufacturing for the military.
