Madison College: Learn to be ITAR compliant

Madison College will be offering two International Traffic Arms Regulation (ITAR) classes. The training class is designed for manufacturers to provide an understanding of ITAR. Whether a business is a prime or subcontractor, compliance has to be maintained at all levels. Learn to navigate ITAR regulations, procedures, policies and administration. Sample forms and procedures will be discussed and completed in class. There will be two offerings of the class; Friday, April 8th 8am-4pm at Madison College – West Campus (course # 74791) and on Thursday, April 14th 8am-4pm at the Crowne Plaza on Madison’s East side (course # 74797).

The class will cover the following topics and more: What ITAR is, what EAR is, what the US Munitions List does, what the Commodity Jurisdiction does, and who needs to be ITAR Complaint. ITAR forms and guides to be discussed and completed in class.

The fee for the class is $175 per person, there is also an out of state fee.
