Green Cab recently purchased the area’s very first Prius V, Toyota’s newest model of Priuses, from Smart Motors.
The new Prius V is the latest addition to Green Cab’s already extensive fleet of twenty two Prius hybrids and a fourteen passenger van. The van has been converted, using Alternative Gas Solutions, to get sixty percent more miles per gallon. The entire fleet of Prius taxicabs is equipped with bicycle racks.
Prospective passengers, in and around Madison, hoping to join in the ‘going green’ initiative have a competitively priced option for taxi service.
