Brookfield, WI – June 28, 2011—Carol White, IOM, President of the Greater Brookfield Chamber of Commerce (GBCC), has graduated from Institute of Organization Management and received the designation of IOM. Awarded to graduates of the Institute program, the IOM Graduate Recognition signifies the individual’s completion of 96 hours of course instruction in nonprofit management, including advanced training in leadership, advocacy, finance, membership, emerging technologies, and organization management competencies.

“Attending Institute has given me significant information to make our Chamber a robust organization – from serving as an enhanced resource to our members to building a solid board of directors,” said Carol White, President of GBCC. “In addition, I have been fortunate to meet and build strong relationships with peers around the United States who share our mission. They will serve as talented resources.”
