Media opportunity with Zucker and Secretary Klett to discuss the 2012 winter tourism ad campaign and TV shoot

MADISON, Wis. (Dec. 12, 2011) — Iconic Hollywood director and Wisconsin native David Zucker and Tourism Secretary Stephanie Klett will hold a press conference and Q&A session at the Riverside Theater in downtown Milwaukee on Dec. 14.

Come learn what the 2012 winter tourism campaign will feature; how Zucker became involved in the campaign; and how it will tie into the “fun” theme the Department of Tourism has established as its marketing platform.

The TV spot will feature the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra and depict both indoor and outdoor winter fun.

This is the first project Zucker has done in Wisconsin in 40 years. Zucker has had his name attached as director, writer and producer on some of the funniest and most financially successful comedy films of the past three decades “Airplane”, “The Naked Gun” series, “Ruthless People” and the last two installments of “Scary Movie”.
