Core garners unique combination of certifications and awards

MADISON, Wis. – Core BTS, Inc. (Core), a national technology infrastructure and collaboration company with offices in Madison, has been recognized by some of the world’s biggest technology brands and industry publications.

Cisco Channel Customer Satisfaction and Break Away Partner of the Year

Core was also awarded Cisco Channel Customer Satisfaction Excellence by Cisco Systems.

According to the announcement, this particular recognition “is the highest distinction a partner can achieve within the Cisco Channel Partner Program.”

The award is based on customer satisfaction scores submitted to the California-based technology giant’s website. Those marks are then factored into Cisco’s worldwide assessment process, which ultimately decides the winner.

On top of its latest success, Core can also tout a rare business arrangement when it comes to Cisco. The company is actually 1 of only 15 businesses in the United States that combines Cisco Gold Partner status with Cisco Master Unified Communications Specialization and Cisco Master Managed Services Specialization.

As for the Break Away Partner of the Year honor, Core BTS was chosen from a select group of Cisco partners in recognition of their outstanding achievements in 2010. Core’s close relationship with Cisco means that they have access to the best training and the best products Cisco produces.

Recently, Core was named to the Everything Channel’s inaugural CRN Tech Elite 250 list.

According to an announcement release, the Tech Elite 250 list “serves as the industry’s definitive list of VARs with both deep technical expertise and premier certifications. The organizations recognized are best-of-breed integrators who have invested in technical know-how and earned premier certifications in the areas of data centers and infrastructure to better serve customers in North America.”

As for Core’s placement on the Top Health-Care list, the publication’s website notes, “a strong, midmarket health-care focus as part of its many vertical market specialties, Core BTS’ mix includes application development, collaboration, managed services, data center, security and compliance, and UC.”
